100% of profits will be donated to two wonderful causes.
For every T-Shirt produced, we will donate all profits to two worthy causes, each receiving 50%. The first half will go to the to the Orange Shirt Society and the second half to the Education Program of the First Nation of Wiikwemkoong Unceded Territory. The annual Orange Shirt Day on September 30th opens the door to global conversation on all aspects of Residential Schools. It is an opportunity to create meaningful discussion about the effects of Residential Schools and the legacy they have left behind.

About the Artist and Design:
The artwork represents 7 generations of Indian Residential School Indigenous Children. 7 Sacred Gifts circled on both sides by Grand Mother Moon & Father Sun. Flora of endangered species: Eastern Flowering Dogwood, White Lady Slipper, Mountain Mint, all for healing.
The design was created by artist Peggy Pitawanakwat, a former chief of the Wiikwemkoong Unceded Territory on Manitoulin Island. She is treasurer for Thunder Woman Healing Lodge Society, which is working to break the cycle of Indigenous women's over-representation in Canada's prisons; retired co-ordinator of First Peoples at Seneca College; and a member of the Thunderbird Clan.
