The UT Dallas Campus Bookstore is a registered Apple Service Provider committed to delivering incredible service to the UT Dallas community. We’re also capable of servicing any brand of Windows devices.
We service and repair Apple laptops that are covered under the 1 year Apple Limited Warranty, or with an AppleCare+ plan*. See AppleCare+ Protection Plans Terms and Conditions for complete details.

The bookstore is a convenient on-campus repair option that serves students, staff, and faculty!
Applicable service fees for Apple products is determined by plan terms, conditions, and device. Apple repairs are performed directly through partnership with Apple. 3rd Party parts cannot be utilized. Repairs are completely subject to Apple terms and conditions.
*We do not offer cell phone or tablet repairs
Service charges for Windows repairs are outlined below. No limitations in regards to 3rd party parts. All repairs for Windows devices are non-warranty repairs. We are unable to honor one-year manufacturer warranties. Devices falling in this category are best repaired by the specifi c manufacturer in order to waive service charges and maintain coverage.
