- We service and repair Apple laptops and desktops that are covered under the 1 year Apple Limited Warranty & 3 year AppleCare Protection Plan. -Visit: http://www.apple.com/support/products/ for complete details.
- We diagnosis and facilitate service of iPads regardless of warranty status. Fees assessed depend upon warranty terms and/or current replacement value.
- We service and repair Apple laptops and desktops either out of warranty or otherwise not covered by Apple’s warranties. These repairs are subject to a nonrefundable diagnostic fee.
- The Non-refundable diagnostic fee may be applied to a new computer when purchased at The U Tech Source within 7 days of receiving the repair quote and opting to not repair the device.
- Computers purchased at The U Tech Source receive complimentary data transfer from a known working hard drive within 14 days of purchase.
- Routine data backups are suggested, warranty coverage is limited to the device.
