Doctoral Purchase includes one custom gown, hood, tam, and tassel. Please note that standard orders take 8-10 weeks to make and ship from Herff Jones. Although not reflected in shopping cart, a $25 shipping charge will apply during processing. During checkout under Delivery Method, please select Special instructions and leave us a message with your measurements and the title of your degree. Measurements needed are Height, Chest size, Sleeve, and Cap Size. See second image for measurement instructions.

Return Policy
A valid receipt or packing slip is required for all refunds or exchanges. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Graduation Regalia
Graduation Regalia (cap & gown) must be in new condition and will not be returnable if worn or altered in any way. Product must be unused in order to receive a refund. The last day for a full refund is 30 days after the purchase date on your receipt.
Hardware & Software
Unopened computer hardware and software must be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Electronic Software Download (ESD) purchases are Final and Non-Returnable.
