Our Service Technicians are warranty certified by Apple, Dell, Lenovo. Your computer is in good hands with us. Our Service Center is an authorized Safeware Service Provider. No need to send your computer away for repairs.
Loaners
For customers that purchase their computer from us, we offer access to our pool of loaner computers. Loaners can be provided to use while at Virginia Tech. This benefit is specifically available to students on the Blacksburg campus. Just ask one of our team members about the loaner program. Drop off your computer at University Bookstore, Hokie Centric, Volume Two, Bookstore, or the Service Center for repairs.
