What is the Virtual Backpack?
The Virtual Backpack is a web-based bookshelf that houses all of your purchased eBooks.
How do I access my eBooks using the Virtual Backpack?
You must first log into your Virtual Backpack using your login credentials that are sent to you via email on your school’s eBook release date. Once you have logged into your Virtual Backpack, you will be able to click each title to view the eBook download instructions and eBook access credentials.
When can I access my eBooks in the Virtual Backpack?
On your school’s eBook release date, you will be emailed your login credentials for your Virtual Backpack. Orders placed after the eBook release date will be emailed within 5-7 business days. Please contact Follett’s Customer Service team for information about your school’s eBook release date.
