Gift card shipping will show up incorrectly on your final order. Shipping is FREE for Gift Card orders only (no other merchandise) and will be shipped FedEx Ground. If you opt to ship FedEx 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air, you will be charged shipping.
GIFT CARDS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. Please be sure that you have everything correct before placing your order.
Please note that when placing an online order using a gift card, the requested PIN number is located on the back of the card. Simply scratch off the grey rectangular box on the upper right side of the card to reveal the PIN number.

Return Policy
A valid receipt or packing slip is required for all refunds or exchanges. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Graduation Regalia
Graduation Regalia (cap & gown) must be in new condition and will not be returnable if worn or altered in any way. Product must be unused in order to receive a refund. The last day for a full refund is 30 days after the purchase date on your receipt.
Hardware & Software
Unopened computer hardware and software must be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Electronic Software Download (ESD) purchases are Final and Non-Returnable.
