Requirement & Warnings
- Customers are solely responsible for backing up their data unless backup service is requested and paid for. AggieTech is not responsible for any loss of data.
- Apple devices must be updated to the latest update before repairs can be done.
- Customer must schedule an appointment for repair within 2 days of initial notification of the arrival of parts.
- If an appointment for the repair is not made, parts will be returned to its manufacturer.
