Important internet order information - please read:
Please be aware that when placing your orders from our website that all orders are fulfilled from the campus bookstore.
Your credit card will NOT be charged until we pull the books for your order and process payment.
Please allow 2 - 3 hours for the bookstore to process your order. Your order is then marked as "fulfilled" on the website. In addition, books marked not in stock (placed on backorder) will NOT be charged until the books are in stock.
If the course you are shopping for lists "CHOOSE" in the yellow banner at the top, that means that there is a choice of editions for the textbook. You do not have to purchase all editions, just one.
Please save your paperwork for returns.
All refunds require original receipt, including internet orders. The refund policy on textbooks purchased other than at the beginning of the semester is two business days. Please see refund policy for other requirements. Textbooks purchased during mid-terms or the week of finals are not returnable.
Picture ID is required to pick up your order. If you will not be the person picking up the order, you must indicate on your order who is authorized to do so, or send a separate email with authorization., and please advise the person picking up for you that they will need ID
