Online Ordering Information


Please read this important message regarding your online order:

All orders are fulfilled from the on-campus bookstore. You will not be charged until we pull the books for your order and process it in the store. It will take a minimum of 24 hours to pull the books or merchandise, process the order(s) and either ship them out or bag them for in store pickup. If you place your order on friday, your order will not be ready for pickup until the following Monday after 10am. Once your order is fulfilled you will receive an email letting you know your books/merchandise has shipped or is ready for pickup. Please bring a picture id and your email confirmation. If books must be transferred to another school, please allow additional time (3-4 days) for your order to be filled. Orders that have been selected for shipping within Maricopa County will be sent FedEx Ground. Expedited shipping is only for online orders outside of Maricopa County.

 ALL ORDERS MUST BE PICKED UP FROM THE BOOKSTORE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE START OF THE SEMESTER OR 10 DAYS FROM FIRST DAY OF CLASS FOR LATE START DATES. ORDERS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN THIS TIME PERIOD WILL BE REFUNDED TO THE CREDIT CARD USED FOR THE ORDER AND RESHELVED.
