All orders are processed at the Lone Star College- Kingwood Bookstore on campus. Please allow one business day for us to receive your order and an additional day to process. FEDEX Ground usually arrives within one business day of the date the order was shipped. FEDEX Ground cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
RETURN POLICY FOR ALL ORDERS IS AS FOLLOWS
Receipt and class schedule are required for ALL returns. Books MUST be in the SAME condtion as when purchased. Please do not open any packaged or shrink-wrapped books. For Fall and Spring sessions, textbooks will be fully refunded within 7 BUSINESS DAYS of class start date. During Mini-Mester sessions textbooks will be fully refunded 2 BUSINESS DAYS after class start date. During Summer sessions textbooks will be fully refunded 5 BUSINESS DAYS after class start date.
ALL IN-STORE PICK UP ORDERS:
Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your order to be processed. An email notification will be sent when your order is ready to be picked up at the bookstore. Please bring a photo I.D. and your order number with you. IF YOU FAIL TO PICK UP YOUR BOOK WITHIN 90 DAYS, THE BOOK WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SHELF AND YOUR REFUND WILL BE PLACED ON A BOOKSTORE GIFT CARD. THIS GIFT CARD CAN BE USED AT ANY FOLLETT STORE ON-SITE OR ONLINE.
