Caps and Gowns are available
November 9 - December 4.
The official graduation form is required for pick up.
The forms are dispursed through the Student Activities Office.
The Student Activities Office at Montoya Campus is
open Wednesday - Friday 8-5.

Tassels, Diploma Covers, and Invitations are also available!

First day to charge against Financial Aid: January 4, 2010
Last day to charge against Financial Aid: January 22, 2010

Refund Deadlines
Financial Aid Purchases: Last day for full refund (must have receipt) is Friday, January 22
Non-Financial Aid Purchases: Last day for full refund (must have receipt) is Tuesday, January 26
Late Start or Short Term Classes: 7 calendar days from the start of class
All other purchases made after refund deadlines: 48 hours from time of purchase
Items purchased by check cannot be returned until 5 days after the purchase date.

All shipped orders must be signed for upon delivery.
All orders placed on this website are fulfilled at the Montoya Campus Bookstore.
Please allow about 24-48 hours for your order to be prepared and processed.
An e-mail will be sent when it is ready to be picked up or shipped.
