For web orders:
1. It will take a minimum of 2 business days to fulfill your online order and ship it out or prepare it for in-store pick-up. 2. We will mark your order as "fulfilled" on the website when the order is complete, and your credit card will be charged. 3. You will receive an email when your order is completed. 4. Please bring a photo ID with you for in-store pick-up. 5. All web orders will be held in the store for 2 weeks after they are confirmed ready for pick-up. After that time, the order will be returned to the floor, and your account will be credited. Current Refund Policy: *Final day for returns with receipt: February 8, 2010
*Final day for returns for dropped classes with receipt and drop slip: February 16, 2010. |
