Web Orders
PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER!


1. All orders are shipped directly from the Shasta College Bookstore within two business days AFTER you place your order (orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship by Tuesday). This includes orders placed for Next-Day or Second-Day Air delivery.

2. Extended Education includes itv classes, and classes taught on other campuses. To choose free delivery to an Extended Education site (Burney, Weaverville or Red Bluff), select Site under shipping option pick-up from store. Allow 2-5 business days for your order to arrive. The site office will notify you when your order is ready for pick up.

3. Prices are subject to change.

4. To prevent a delay in your order, select 'Substitute' under 'Textbook Substitution Preference.' This means that if you choose a used book that is not available, we will send you a new copy and you will be charged the new price. If you select 'Don't Substitute' and your preference is not available, we will contact you for permission to substitute, or your order will be canceled.

5. All orders will be held for two weeks after they are confirmed. After that time they will be returned to the floor and your account credited. No exceptions.
