Textbook Return Policy for Winter Quarter 2010

• The last day for course materials refunds with original receipt is Monday January 11, 2010. The last day for refund with original receipt and proof course was dropped is Friday January 15, 2010. Exceptions apply for courses not starting during the first week of the quarter, see customer service for details.

• Shrink-wrapped text sets must be unopened, all enclosures (CDs etc) must be included. Software included with textbooks must be unopened.

• “eBook” textbooks are returnable if code/password has not been accessed online.

• We buy back textbooks every day at current market prices – books may be worth more during finals.
