Pioneer Bookstore: Monday December, 7th through Thursday December 10th from 8:00am until 6:30pm. Friday December, 11th from 8:00 am until 3:30pm. Saturday December, 12th from 11:00am until 3:30pm

VBT Gallery: Monday December, 7th through Thursday December, 10th from 10:00am until 5:30pm.

Pioneer Bookstore Concord: Monday December, 7th through Thursday December, 10th from 10:00am until 6:30pm.

Textbook Return Policy for Fall Quarter 2009

• The last day for course materials refunds with original receipt is Wednesday, September 30, 2009. The last day for refund with original receipt and proof course was dropped is Tuesday October 6, 2009. Exceptions apply for courses not starting during the first week of the quarter, see customer service for details.

• Shrink-wrapped text sets must be unopened, all enclosures (CDs etc) must be included. Software included with textbooks must be unopened.

• “eBook” textbooks are returnable if code/password has not been accessed online.

• We buy back textbooks every day at current market prices – books may be worth more during finals.
