IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR ONLINE ORDER!
- The last day to return books for Spring classes is January 20, 2010. All packages must be postmarked by that date.
- Campus Pick-up Orders -- Orders are fulfilled at a distribution center and delivered to the bookstore of your choice. The campus bookstore can not fill your online order. Please allow 24 hours for your order to arrive at the bookstore after you receive the “order has been processed” email.
- If you place your order on a weekend, your order will not be processed till the following Monday and then in the order received.
- Ship-to Orders -- Please allow 24 hours to process your order and another 1-5 business days to deliver your order, depending on the shipping method chosen.A tracking number is included in the email, so you can track the progress of your package.
- After you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email with the status of each item.
- Please allow 2-3 more business days for out of stock titles to arrive.
- For best results and to access the most used books, please order well in advance of class start.
