APARTMENT DELIVERIES

ATTENTION APARTMENT CUSTOMERS:
If you place an order and have the package shipped to your apartment number, please check the apartment office if you are not home to receive your delivery. FedEx WILL NOT leave it outside of your door.
RODP FALL REFUNDS
August 5 - December 20
The RODP Fall 2009 refund deadline is Friday, September 11, 2009. All refunds MUST be accompanied with a receipt, order number, and POSTMARKED BY SEPTEMBER 11, 2009. After September 11, your refund will be refused and returned to you.
Fall Backorders
August 6 - December 31
Due to enormous changes in courses, some textbooks were ordered late by instructors/publishers. We are working VERY hard to get the materials to you in a timely fashion. PLEASE BE PATIENT. We are aware that classes start Aug 29th.
E-Books
August 6 - December 31
E-books are now available for some courses. You will receive either an email with ebook code or a post card with the ebook code on it to access your ebook. Please not this is not a physical book. An ebook is an online version of the textbook.
FedEx Now Delivers
September 11 - December 31
We will now be using FedEx to deliver your packages. Please be aware of rate and delivery time changes. To track your package, www.fedex.com.

Orders placed on this site for RODP textbooks will be shipped to the customer. No orders can be held at the store.
Announcements
ATTENTION:
Fall 2009 textbook list will be up by the 2nd week of August.
Returns must be received in the bookstore bySeptember 11, 2009 for TTC and September 11, 2009 for RODP. Please include your order number and use the return label printed on your receipt.

USED BOOKS -- This means that a used book may have markings, highlighting, worn cover and/or pages througout the book. There is no guarentee that a used book will not have the above mentioned defects.
NEW BOOKS -- This means that the book is new. There should not be any markings or defects found in these books.
EBOOK ACCESS CODE -- This is not an actual hard or soft bound book. This is a card that includes an access code to optain material through an electronic book on the computer. We do not sell used ebook access codes. If you are having trouble with your access code, please look on your card for technical support number that will help address any issues you may be having.

Orders sent to a Post Office Box cannot be guaranteed if you choose Next Day.
This option is only for those orders that are being sent byFedEx. We will ship
your package Express Mail if you choose any option other than ground. However,
this may take a few days depending on your location.
