LAST DAY TO RETURN YOUR FALL TEXTBOOKS WITH A FULL REFUND IS SEPTEMBER 4th, REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR RECEIPT WHEN RETURNING YOUR BOOKS

NEW BOOKS RETURNED UNWRAPPED FROM THEIR ORIGINAL WRAPPING WILL BE REFUNDED AT USED PRICE.

  • As of June 22nd, the OTC Bookstore will be OTC owned and operated. The College will assume management and will welcome a new Bookstore staff here to serve you in the best way possible.
  • The Fall booklist is now available. You may view a customized list of your required textbooks through AccessOTC.

    Q: WHY DO YOU BUY SOME BOOKS BACK AND NOT OTHERS?

    A: We buy textbooks at the current market value if one or more of the following criteria are met:

  • The textbook has been ordered for the next term.
  • It is in resaleable condition-make sure you bring any accompanying CD with the book.
  • Used books are permitted for that class.
  • We don't already have all that we need.
  • It can be used at another college.


    • When a textbook goes into a new edition, the previous edition usually no longer has a market value, and so it won't be bought back. Publishers, generally, are producing new editions on a two or three year cycle.
