Please Read Before Ordering Your Textbooks
- You must first attend ENGL 0100/1110/1111/1120/1121 before purchasing your books.
- Please confirm with your instructor all required course materials before placing an order for these classes.
- All Main Campus orders may be picked up at Customer Services in the back of the Bookstore.
- You will receive an e-mail from the website communicating important information
about your order. Your order will be complete when you receive an e-mail indicating
its FULFILLED status.
- All orders are fulfilled from the on-campus bookstore. Your credit card
will not be charged until we pull the books for your order.
- Orders can take up to two business days to process.
- Prices and Used book availability are subject to change.
- Orders not picked up within 90 days will be discarded.

How long will it take to process my order?
Due to the volume of orders please allow two full business days for all in
store pick ups and courier deliveries.
I have financial aid, can I use it to order books online?
Yes. First be sure that you have been awarded the financial aid. We cannot process an order
until we receive the funds in the bookstore. Secondly, make sure that you signed the bookstore/cashier authorization form.
This form is to give us permission to apply the funds to your books. Lastly, if you are receiving a loan the order will not be processed until the
funds are released. Most loans are released 10 days before the start of a semester. At this time we will process orders in the order in which we received
them.
When I go to enter my
financial aid as a payment form it is asking for a card/financial aid number and
an expiration date. What do I use?
Enter your Lakeland ID Number beginning with 00. The
ID number can be found on the upper right hand side of your schedule or on your
Lakeland ID card. The expiration date is the end of the semester ex. 12/06.
I have been to contacted by my
Instructor as to what English books have been assigned. How can I have my order
processed and be sure that it is not cancelled?
When you submit your order leave a message in
the "special
instructions" section stating your situation. All Orders for English 0100/1110/1111/1120/1121
that are placed before the start date of the semester and are not marked with
instructions will be cancelled.
