Shipping Orders
We send home delivery orders by FedEX. Books sent by FedEX ground generally arrive within 1-2 business days after shipment date (please allow 2 business days for us to pull and ship your books). FedEX doesn't deliver to PO Boxes or on weekends or Holidays. If your order needs to ship quicker, we offer 2nd day and next day service. You will receive tracking info for your shipment by email.
PrePay Orders
Prepay orders for Central Campus will be available at the Central Campus Bookstore. Prepay orders for pick up at area campus locations will be available at that area campus's Cashiering Office - please contact area campus for Cashiering Office hours. PLEASE ALLOW 3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PREPAY/PICK UP ORDERS TO BE AVAILABLE - A PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED TO PICK UP PREPAY ORDERS.
All orders placed will receive email notification of any backordered or out of stock titles.
Guaranteed Buyback
Many of our most popular textbooks now have guaranteed buyback stickers on them. Guaranteed buyback means the bookstore will guarantee that the students will receive 50% of their purchase price at buyback! This is an assurance that the student will receive a significant portion of their money back on text purchased from us. Your CPCC Bookstore already offers students the most money for text at buyback; almost 80% of all funds paid to students at buyback are for text purchased at 1/2 price.
This means that the CPCC Bookstores will always have the largest selection of used text available for our students.
