January 4-January 29.FEDERAL FUNDS AUTHORIZATION:
Program regulations permit students to authorize use of Title IV financial aid funds for non-institutional expenses such as books and supplies. If you are eligible for Federal financial aid in excess of tuition and fees, and you wish to use this excess to cover your bookstore charges you must authorize Blue Ridge Community College to pay these charges from your account balance. You may rescind this authorization at any time prior to incurring such charges, but you may not cancel it once such charges have been paid on your behalf. This authorization is valid for funds in excess of tuition and fees, based on your financial aid eligibility and enrollment status.
By entering your student ID number you authorize Blue Ridge Community College to apply the credit balance derived from Federal funds/aid to charges to your student account for BRCC Bookstore charges including shipping charges if applicable.
Unauthorized use of VCCS generated Student ID numbers and federal financial aid funds are strictly prohibited.
Online Orders
Spring textbook orders will be filled starting Monday, December 22*. Orders placed prior to December 22 will be filled at that time. All text orders placed on this site will be filled by the BRCC Bookstore in Weyers Cave, VA. >>
*Any orders placed using Financial Aid will be processed when Financial Aid opens on Monday, January 4. The entire cost of the order using Financial Aid as a payment method must be covered entirely by Financial Aid or the order will be cancelled- no partial payments are accepted. Any orders shipped and using a Financial Aid account must ship to the BRCC address of record, or they will be cancelled.
Orders usually take 1-2 business days to pick and pack. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, with the exception of certain holidays. Once the order has been picked and packed, it is ready for pickup or will be sent via ground, second day or next day delivery (as indicated on your order.)Please bring your order confirmation email with you to the store for order pickup-this will expedite the pickup process.
