ORDERING INFORMATION
***Please read before placing your order!***
ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order.
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is fulfilled in the store.
Please review your order before submitting it!
STORE PICKUP ORDERS
You will be notified by email when your order is ready to be picked up. Please wait for this email stating your order
has been filled before coming in to the store.
Please bring a photo ID and your order confirmation email to the efollett pickup counter at the front of the bookstore.
SHIPPING ORDERS
All shipping orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from the Spartan Bookstore,
Bldg 3400 (Oceanside) or Room 307 (San Elijo).
Your order will be shipped the next business day
after it is fulfilled.
All orders are shipped via FED EX. Please no P.O. Boxes!
Please do not select "NEXT DAY" or "SECOND DAY" if your order is to be delivered in Southern California. FED EX GROUND
delivers in one business day within Southern California.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
Some books may be out of stock
or unavailable at the time you place your order. We will notify you if a title is out of stock, and
notify you again when the book arrives (or has shipped out to you).
FALL 2009 REFUND POLICY
For full refunds, students have ONE WEEK from purchase date, or until September 8th with proof of course refund.
Your receipt is absolutely required! After September 8th returns will only be accepted 2 business days after the date of purchase.
If a class is canceled, students have one week from the date of cancellation to return books.
All returns by mail must be postmarked before the one week deadline, or before September 8th with proof of course refund.
All returns must be in the same condition as purchased. All printed coursepacks are not returnable. All shrink-wrapped bundles are not returnable if the orignal wrapping is broken.
