FINANCIAL AID PURCHASES: Orders on Financial Aid using funds from Pell Grants, Stafford Loans and similar aid for Fall Semester will be processed beginning August 17, 2009. Government Agency and Employer Sponsored orders will be processed once authorization is received from those sources, beginning August 10, 2009. Financial Aid is not permitted on the purchase of clothing and gift items. Orders for clothing or gifts on financial aid will be cancelled.
Please be aware when placing orders from our website: ALL orders are fulfilled from the Jackson, MI campus bookstore. Your credit card will not be charged until we pull the books for your order and ring it up in the store. It will take a minimum of 1 business day to pull the books, ring them up and either ship them out or bag them for in store pick-up. We will then mark your order as fulfilled on the website. If books must be transferred to or from another campus, please allow additional time (3-4 days) for your order to be ready to pick up.
