Orders placed after 12 Noon MST will be processed the following business day regardless of shipping method.
All express deliveries are made on business days. Standard ground deliveries are made Tuesday through Saturday.
GENERAL BOOK ORDERS
Orders placed for non-course related books which are referred to as "General Books" on our website are shipped directly to you from the distributor. For refunds/exchanges with these books, please refer to the packing slip included in your order.
