Here are few things to keep in mind when you place an efollett order with us:

1) Please allow us 2-3 busniess days (Monday-Friday) to get your order processed and ready for shipment/pick up. Your order could be ready before this time period. There are times when we get busy, and may not able to process all the orders within a day.

2) Textbook orders and clothing orders are pulled from the bookstore's shelves. If you live in town or on campus you can place the order as a "store pick- up". There will be no shipping charges added to store pick up orders.

3) If you place an efollett order for store pick-up you will receive an email that states "YOUR ORDER IS FULFILLED." If the email states "in process" your order is NOT ready for pick up.

4) Please keep in mind that FEDEX does not deliver on weekends. They do not deliver to a PO Box address. Please be sure a physical address is provided for the shipping address on your efollett order.
