AnnouncementsWelcome to the MPC Bookstore website!!! We will be closed at noon on November 25th, 2009. We will reopen on November 30th at 8:00 am. It will take a minimum of 2 business days to fulfill your online order and ship it out or prepare it for in-store pick-up. Please bring a photo ID with you for in-store pick up. We will mark your order as "fulfilled" on the website when the order is complete, and your credit card will be charged. You will receive an email when your order is completed. You have 2 business days for a full refund with the original receipt for your textbooks. If you paid with a check, there is a 10 business day wait from the date of purchase for a full refund. Textbooks used for intensive/short-term courses are non-returnable. All refund transactions require an original receipt/packing slip- NO EXCEPTIONS. In order to protect both the customer and our company, we must abide by the rules pertaining to credit card transactions. Credit card industry merchant rules mandate the cardholder is the only one who can present a credit card as payment for the purchase of goods and services.
