Please Read Before Ordering Your Textbooks Online!
- Please be aware when placing orders from our website: ALL orders are fulfilled from the Lone Star College- Willow Chase Center Bookstore.
- Your credit card will not be charged until we pull the books for your order
and ring it up in the store. It will take a minimun of 24 hours for us to pull
the books, ring them up and either ship them out or bag them for in store pick-up.
We will then mark your order fulfilled on the website.
- If books must be transferred from another school, please allow additional time (3-4 days) for your order to be filled. You will receive email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
- Please note, If you choose "do not substitute and we do not have the requested
new or used book, the title(s) may be cancelled from your order, with notification
being sent via email.
- If you see that the textbook you need is listed as "out of stock" on our
website - please feel freee to contact us by phone or email. We will be happy
to give you an estimated in-stock date or accomodate a special order to get
the book you need.
