Ordering Information
Textbook reservations for spring are now closed. Please bring your schedule to the University store to purchase your textbooks. We will be open Sunday Jan 8th 11-5 and regular hours resume on Monday Jan 9th.
Textbooks ordered online from the University Store's website via the University Store (not other vendors) will be entered into a drawing for FREE textbooks. (equal to the amount of the textbook web order) Winner must present original receipt for reimbursement. Used textbooks may or may not contain CD's/DVD's. To guarantee CD/DVD, please purchase new textbooks. Please note: Prices are subject to change.
Textbook Refund Policy
Classroom textbooks purchased from the University Store, are purchased on a NON-RETURNABLE BASIS. Only if a class is dropped, will a student be eligible to receive a full refund during the first 4 weeks of classes. To receive a refund a student must have the original receipt, verification of withdrawal from class and the textbook in the original condition. Shrink-wrap textbooks / packages and access codes will NOT be refunded if the package has been opened. New books must be free of any marks or damages. If payment was made by credit card, customer will need to have the original credit card present or the credit card information. Any rental textbook order placed via the University of Mount Union website, will be processed / handled through each individual rental site, NOT the University Store.
