Delivery Methods:
1. UPS – standard UPS charges and delivery timelines apply. If you are a student using the Financial Aid Book Allowance, the UPS shipping option is available if you reside outside of Franklin County.
2. Free self pick-up from the following locations within four business days from the order date:
- Delaware Campus
- Dublin Center
- Gahanna Center
- Reynoldsburg Center
- Southwest Center at Bolton Field
- Westerville Center
Students themselves are responsible for picking up their online order and must present a valid photo ID (Columbus State Cougar ID, driver’s license, state ID or military ID). Online financial aid orders not picked up by the posted deadline will be refunded to your financial aid account.
The Columbus State Bookstore is located in The Discovery Exchange building at 283 Cleveland Ave, at the corner of Mt. Vernon and Cleveland Ave. For more information please call 614-287-2427.
