Attention Students:
If you are not an authorized GPS student to use Financial Aid and you select Financial Aid as a payment option your order will be cancelled. Only authorized GPS students can use this method of payment. If you have not been informed directly by the GPS department that you have financial aid money to spend on books, then you are not authorized. If you think you are, please contact the GPS department to ensure your eligibility. Thank you.
Order your Cap and Gown
The bookstore will provide you with all the necessary regalia (cap, gown, tassel, hood) required for your Spring graduation. Please submit our Cap & Gown Order Form to purchase your regalia. Any orders received after March 16, 2012 will be assessed a $10 late fee. Any order form other than the Spring Graduation 2012 form will not be accepted.
Graduation Information
The Registrar's Office accepts and processes all applications for graduation. The fax number for submitting those applications is (434) 791-7181. Please DO NOT submit applications for graduation to the bookstore; applications CANNOT be processed.
