You will receive a post card with the ebook code on it to access your ebook through the mail. Please note this is not a physical book. If e-books or any electronic codes are accessed, it will not be refundable or returnable.
Shipping 2nd day air and next day air

If you order on a Friday afternoon and request 2nd day air or next day air, it will not arrive until the following Monday (next day) or Tuesday (2nd day). All orders may take 1-2 business days to process, which does not include shipping time.

Please note that due to the abundance of orders each term, that it may take 1-2 days to process your order. All orders placed on this website will be shipped to the customer. We will not hold orders in the store.
SPRING REFUND DEADLINE

SPRING 2011 deadline is RODP JAN 26, 2012, TTC is JAN 23,2012. All refunds MUST be accompanied with a receipt, order number, and POSTMARKED BY REFUND DATE. After REFUND DATE, your textbook(s) will be refused and returned to you.
DELIVERY INFORMATION

If your package is going to an apartment, check apartment office for package. If you want someone to sign for your package, please note in COMMENTS: ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED. Otherwise, it will be delivered according to carriers policy.
WEEKEND PROCESSING

PLEASE NOTE!!!! If you see that your order is in process and it is late Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, the orders will not ship out until the following Monday. We do not have FedEx pick-ups on Saturday or Sunday.
