SPRING SEMESTER FINANCIAL AID
ACC students may choose financial aid as a payment method on orders submitted from December 12, 2011 through January 30, 2012. Selecting financial aid as your method of payment indicates that you agree to have your bookstore charges billed to your financial aid account and accept full responsibility for payment. Enter financial aid as the method of payment and your SID as the account number. Orders with insufficient financial aid funds cannot be processed. Please note that if you choose the store pickup option you must pickup your order by January 30th.

IN-STORE PICKUP
Store orders can take up to two business days to process after receipt of your first confirmation email. You may pick up your order upon receipt of your third email stating your order is available for pickup.
Please do not attempt to pick up your order before you receive the third email confirmation.

Please bring a photo ID and your order number with you when you come in for your order. If you are sending someone in to pick up your order, they must provide us with your order number, your full name, and their photo ID.
SHIPPING NOTICE
Orders placed after 12 Noon MST will be processed the following business day regardless of shipping method.

Second and Next Day Air deliveries are made on business days. If shipping to an address in Colorado, please select Standard Ground Shipping; selecting Second Day or Next Day Air shipping for delivery in Colorado will delay the processing of your order. Standard ground deliveries are made Tuesday through Saturday.
GENERAL BOOK/SOFTWARE ORDERS
Orders placed for non-course related books and software which are referred to as "General Books" or "Software" on our website are shipped directly to you from the distributor. For refunds/exchanges with these books, please refer to the packing slip included in your order.
