Orders placed on this site for RODP textbooks will be shipped to the customer. No orders can be held at the store.
RODP SUMMER REFUNDS
April 17 - August 1
RODP Summer Refund deadline is JUNE 12,2009. All refunds must be accompanied with a receipt, order number, and POSTMARKED BY JUNE 12,2009. After JUNE 12, your refund will be refused and returned to you.
TTC SUMMER REFUNDS
April 17 - August 1
Deadline for a full refund is FRIDAY, MAY 22, 2009. All returns MUST be accompanied with a receipt, order number and POSTMARKED BY MAY 22, 2009. After May 22, your refund will be refused and returned to you.
APARTMENT DELIVERIES
April 17 - December 31
ATTENTION APARTMENT CUSTOMERS:
If you place an order and have the package shipped to your apartment number, please check the apartment office if you are not home to receive your delivery. UPS WILL NOT leave it outside of your door.
RODP SUMMER ORDERING
April 20 - August 1
RODP Summer Textbooks are now available to order. Please keep in mind we are still receiving textbooks in for classes that begins June 1. If your book is on backorder, it will be filled as soon as we receive the books. Thanks for your patience.
PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express Credit Cards. We also accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express Gift Cards that can be optained from your local bank or local store.
CLOSED FOR INVENTORY

We will be closed for inventory on Friday, June 26, 2009 - Tuesday, June 30, 2009.

Returns must be received in the bookstore by May 22, 2009 for TTC and June 12, 2009 for RODP. Please include your order number and use the return label printed on your receipt.

USED BOOKS -- This means that a used book may have markings, highlighting, worn cover and/or pages througout the book. There is no guarentee that a used book will not have the above mentioned defects.
NEW BOOKS -- This means that the book is new. There should not be any markings or defects found in these books.
EBOOK ACCESS CODE -- This is not an actual hard or soft bound book. This is a card that includes an access code to optain material through an electronic book on the computer. We do not sell used ebook access codes. If you are having trouble with your access code, please look on your card for technical support number that will help address any issues you may be having.

Orders sent to a Post Office Box cannot be guaranteed if you choose Next Day.
This option is only for those orders that are being sent by UPS. We will ship
your package Express Mail if you choose any option other than ground. However,
this may take a few days depending on your location.
