How much will it cost to ship my order?

How long will it take to get my order?

Provided your item(s) are in stock, orders usually take 1-2 business days to pick and pack for shipment. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, with the exception of certain holidays. Once the order has been picked and packed, it will be sent via standard ground, second day or next day delivery. PLEASE NOTE: ebooks purchases are available for download after payment has been processed.

My order status reads that it is fulfilled, but I have not received my books. Can I check the shipping status of my order, as well?

Orders are usually shipped to you via FedEx. A tracking number can be found in the order details under the Order History section of your account.

To get there, click the "Your Account" link to access your account. Log in using your email address and password and click the order history link. You will see a list of your previous orders and the current status of each. Click directly on the order number that we gave you at the time of your purchase to view the details of that order. Click on the tracking number and the tracking system will tell you exactly where your order is en route.

PLEASE NOTE: We generally ship orders via FedEx. Once picked and packed books sent via FedEx standard service will generally arrive within 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, on Holidays, or on Mondays (They do deliver on Saturdays). If you're in a hurry to get the book, you'll appreciate our expedited shipping options. We offer both second day, and if you really need your order quickly, next-day service.

Change your mind or change your major and want to return or exchange it?

Due to the site being a part of a larger network of bookstores, please be sure to check the appropriate stores website. Return policies may vary for individual bookstores. Search for School

For items purchased from this bookstore site simply follow the instructions shown below:

1. Pack your book securely, so it will arrive back to us in its original condition. Please include the return section and label of the original packing slip initially sent with the order.
2. We will gladly accept any item returned to us in its original condition as long as it is returned with 14 days of receipt or 14 days from the first day of class. A refund less shipping charges will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise.
3. Please, for your protection, use a traceable shipping service, like FedEx, UPS, or Insured Parcel Post. If we dont have proof of delivery, we cant refund your money or credit your account.
4. New textbooks must be received in new condition so please pack your books securely. Software or CD refunds are accepted only if unopened, unless defective. New items received with markings or damaged will be credited at the used price. We are not held accountable for items that are lost or damaged in transit. Any insurance is the responsibility of the sender.
5. Upon receipt of your return in its original condition (all additional materials must be included...ie, CDs, workbooks, etc.), we will issue you a refund of your purchase price plus tax (shipping charges will not be refunded).

I have an APO/FPO address. How do I fill out the address?

To send your package to an APO/FPO address is easy. When completing your Shipping Address during checkout, please make note of the following:

1. The Country must be "United States";
2. The City must be entered as either "APO" or "FPO";
3. The State must be selected as either "Armed Forces America" "Armed Forces Europe" or "Armed Forces Pacific;"
4. You must enter your Zip code; and
5. Always remember to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number. PLEASE NOTE: All orders going to APO/FPO addresses will be sent via USPS.

I need to send my order to an International PO box address. Can you ship it?

Currently we are NOT able to send orders to International PO box address. Customers will be contacted by Customer Service regarding orders with International PO box addresses. Please use a street address for your SHIP To: address.

Shipping Policies

We generally ship orders via FedEx. Typically, online orders take one to two business days to ship. Selecting either Overnight or 2nd Day shipping WILL expedite the processing of your online order and will impact the speed with which FedEx or USPS delivers it.

Any book ordered and designated for immediate shipment before 4pm CST on a business day (Monday through Friday except certain holidays) will be shipped to you within 1 business day . Any expedited (2nd day or next day) orders received before 1pm CST will be shipped the same business day.

PLEASE NOTE: shipping charges are assessed per bookstore vendor. This means that shopping from multiple bookstores, efollett and/or our partner bookstore vendors will have their own charges applied to them.
