Shipping Times

FedEx Ground Shipments will generally arrive within 7-10 business days. FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or on holidays. For faster delivery we offer 2nd Business Day Air and Next Business Day Air service.

USPS allows P.O. Boxes, but may delay your order.

How to track my order

FedEx orders generate a tracking number you can use to find the status of your order. Log into your account and select the order to find your tracking number.

How to ship to APO/FPO address

When completing your Shipping Address during checkout, please be sure to follow these instructions:

The Country must be "United States";
The City must be entered as either "APO" or "FPO";
The State must be selected as either "Armed Forces America" "Armed Forces Europe" or "Armed Forces Pacific;"
You must enter your Zip code; and
Always remember to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number. PLEASE NOTE: All orders going to APO/FPO addresses will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service.

I need to send my order to an International PO box address. Can you ship it?

Currently we are not able to send orders to International PO box address. Customers will be contacted by Customer Service regarding orders with International PO box addresses. Please use a street address for your SHIP To: address.

Canada and other International Orders

If you choose to ship your order to Canada or another international destination, no shipping charges or taxes will be applied at the time of checkout. Instead, we will contact you separately with information about the appropriate shipping charges and applicable taxes. We will only process your order after you have approved the shipping charges/taxes. Therefore, please allow additional time to complete the order if you are having it shipped internationally.
