Help/FAQ: ShippingShip or Store Pickup?If you're ordering from a bookstore site that has a brick-and-mortar location, you may be provided the option of having your item(s) shipped or picking them up in-store. Picking it up in store saves you the cost of shipping and any appropriate shipping taxes while shipping your item(s) can save you time. How much will it cost to ship my order?Simply check out our convenient shipping information page to determine the cost for shipping your order. How long will it take to get my order?Orders placed with individual bookstores usually take 1-2 business days to pick and pack for shipment. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, with the exception of certain holidays. Once the order has been picked and packed, it will be sent via ground, second day or next day delivery. Please check with the individual bookstore(s) for specific policy information and delivery options. My order status reads that it is fulfilled, but I have not received my books. Can I check the shipping status of my order, as well?Look for a tracking number in the order details under the Order History section of your account. To get there, click the "Your Account" link from efollett.com or the bookstore site to access your account. Log in using your email address and password and click the order history link. You will see a list of your previous orders and the current status of each. Click directly on the order number that we gave you at the time of your purchase to view the details of that order. Click on the tracking number and the tracking system will tell you exactly where your order is en route. Change your mind or change your major and want to return or exchange it?If you would like to make a return to our bookstore, then please see our bookstore policy information page for details. For returns of item(s) purchased from a bookstore partner website or a different bookstore within the efollett.com network, then please check their website for details. The return policies may vary. I have an APO/FPO address. How do I fill out the address?To send your package to an APO/FPO address is easy. When completing your Shipping Address during checkout, please make note of the following:
I need to send my order to an International PO box address. Can you ship it?
Currently we are NOT able to send orders to International PO box address. Orders with International PO box addresses will be deleted. Please use an alternate address for your SHIP To: address. Please contact a customer service representative with questions. Shipping Policies
All items will be shipped via FedEx. Your tracking number will be emailed to you. No efollett orders will be shipped out on Saturday or Sunday. If an order is placed before 1:00pm central time, we will do our best to ship out the order the same day, but please allow a minimum of 24 hours for processing time. PLEASE NOTE: shipping charges are assessed per bookstore vendor. This means that shopping from multiple bookstores, efollett and/or our partner bookstore vendors will have their own charges applied to them. Shipments to and from Alaska & Hawaii
If your SHIP TO: address is in the same state (e.g. Alaska to Alaska, Hawaii to Hawaii) as our location, the applicable shipping rates below will be calculated and displayed separately during the checkout process. Canada and other International orders?
For orders with international destinations, at time of checkout, no shipping or taxes will be applied. The appropriate shipping charges and applicable taxes will be communicated to you separately for your approval. Once you have provided us with your approval, your order will be processed.
