Shipping Policies

PLEASE NOTE: For International Orders, all applicable customs clearance fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the consignee. Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your order. International shipping rates will be applied to overnight and 2nd day deliveries.

Orders placed usually take 1-2 business days to pick and pack for shipment. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, with the exception of certain holidays. Once the order has been picked and packed, it will be sent via ground, second day or next day delivery. Please see the shipping page for specific policy information and delivery options.

How to track my order

  1. First, click the My Account link from efollett.com or the bookstore site to access your account.
  2. Click the Order History link.
  3. Click the order number.
  4. Click on the order’s tracking number.


How to ship to APO/FPO address

When completing your Shipping Address during checkout, please be sure to follow these instructions:

  • The Country must be "United States";
  • The City must be entered as either "APO" or "FPO";
  • The State must be selected as either "Armed Forces America" "Armed Forces Europe" or "Armed Forces Pacific;"
  • You must enter your Zip code; and
  • Always remember to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number. PLEASE NOTE: All orders going to APO/FPO addresses will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service.


I need to send my order to an International PO box address. Can you ship it?

We cannot send orders to International PO box addresses.

Canada and other International Orders

If you choose to ship your order to Canada or another international destination, no shipping charges or taxes will be applied at the time of checkout. Instead, we will contact you separately with information about the appropriate shipping charges and applicable taxes. We will only process your order after you have approved the shipping charges/taxes. Therefore, please allow additional time to complete the order if you are having it shipped internationally.
