Does efollett.com share or sell my personal information?

We do not provide any personally identifiable information about you to any third parties without your consent. The only exception are to those third parties have agreed to our confidentiality provisions and only use the information to help us operate the site, or as we are required by law to disclose such information.

Where can I find written documentation of your shipping and return policies?

Return Policy

Computers and Software
Computer Software/Hardware is fully refundable in original UNOPENED condition with 15 days from purchase. Please retain original receipt for full refund. Your refund will be issued in the manner that you paid.

General Goods
General Merchandise is fully refundable in resalable condition (unopened) within 15 days from purchase. Please retain original sales receipt for full refund. Your refund will be issued in the manner that you paid.

Apparel and Gifts
Clothing and Gift items are fully refundable in resalable condition (unused) within 15 days of purchase. Please retain original sales receipt for full refund. Your refund will be issued in the manner that you paid.

Non Textbooks
General Reference material is refundable within 2 business days. Test Prep and Quick Study Guides (Barcharts) are non-refundable due to the nature of the materials. Please retain your original sales receipt for Full Refund. Your refund will be issued in the manner that you paid.

Textbooks
Your Textbooks are fully refundable in original condition with sales receipt within 2 weeks from the official start of classes for Fall and Spring Courses, 1 week for Summer Courses. After this date, you may return your books within 3 business days with original receipt for your full refund. Classes cancelled by the school are fully refundable within 1 week of the scheduled start date for the course. Please use caution when opening package sets, as some electronic media and textbook packages may not be fully refunded once opened. No refunds are offered during final exam periods. Your refund will be issued in the manner that you paid.
