Does efollett.com share or sell my personal information?

We do not provide any personally identifiable information about you to any third parties without your consent. The only exception are to those third parties have agreed to our confidentiality provisions and only use the information to help us operate the site, or as we are required by law to disclose such information.

Where can I find written documentation of your shipping and return policies?

If you are looking for the individual policies of our network bookstores, visit the store's home page and click the Help link that is at the bottom of the page. Click the continue button next to the option that you are interested in for more detail.

Return Policy

Computers and Software
A return or exchange on Computers, Software and Electronics can be made under the following guidlines:

1.) Return/Exchange must be within 30 days of the original purchase date.

2.) Customer must have original receipt showing the purchase item to be returned or exchanged.

3.) Credit/Debit card information MUST be provided.

4.) Under no circumstances may an item be returned if it has been opened or used.

General Goods

Apparel and Gifts
A return or exchange on Apparel and Gifts can be made under the following guidlines:

1.) Return must be within 30 days of the original purchase.

2.) Items must have the original tags.

3.) Customer must have original receipt showing the purchase item to be returned or exchanged.

4.) Item must be in resaleable shape.

5.) Any purchase made on a clearence or sale item is final.

6.) Credit/Debit card information MUST be provided .

Non Textbooks

Textbooks
A return on Textbooks can be made under the following guidlines:

1.) THE ORIGINAL CASH REGISTER RECEIPT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL REFUNDS.

2.) SEGS students may return books for a full refund within three business days of purchase or, if after three days, with a drop slip.

3.) New books must be returned free of markings and, if purchased shrink-wrapped, must be returned in same packaging.
