Does efollett.com share or sell my personal information?

We do not provide any personally identifiable information about you to any third parties without your consent. The only exception are to those third parties have agreed to our confidentiality provisions and only use the information to help us operate the site, or as we are required by law to disclose such information.

Return Policy

Textbooks

Spring Semester 2010

The last day to return textbooks purchased for Spring 2010 semester, between November 10 and January 15, for curriculum classes is/was
Friday, January 15, 2010 by 2:30 pm.

To be eligible for a refund, book must be in the same condition as when purchased, ie, NO writing, marks, creases, bent pages, NO opened disks or access codes, etc. You must have the bar code label & all parts. You must have your receipt.

*shipping is not refundable
