Does efollett.com share or sell my personal information?

We do not provide any personally identifiable information about you to any third parties without your consent. The only exception are to those third parties have agreed to our confidentiality provisions and only use the information to help us operate the site, or as we are required by law to disclose such information.

Where can I find written documentation of your shipping and return policies?

If you are looking for the individual policies of our network bookstores, visit the store's home page and click the Help link that is at the bottom of the page. Click the continue button next to the option that you are interested in for more detail.

Return Policy

Computers and Software

All Software must be returned in the original condition and un-opened within 30 days from the date of purchase. All Software returns require you to have your receipt. RETURNS MUST BE DONE AT THE DISCOVERY EXCHANGE BUILDING DOWNTOWN CAMPUS ONLY.

To return your software you can either simply bring it to the Discovery Exchange downtown or Ship it to the Discovery Exchange downtown. If you are shipping your return to us we must receive your return by the return deadline.

If you come into the Discovery Exchange to do your return you must bring the credit card that was used to purchase the textbooks or merchandise on the web order. The return must be credited to the credit card used on the order. We will not refund cash for web orders.

To ship the web order back to us, please use the bottom third of the paperwork you received in your shipment, it has a mailing label addressed to us with your return number already on it.

General Goods

The CSCC Bookstore will process a return on textbooks in original condition provided the return is made with in two weeks from the 1st day of the quarter. Purchases made after this period must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase. All Textbook returns require you to have your receipt. RETURNS MUST BE DONE AT THE DISCOVERY EXCHANGE BUILDING DOWNTOWN CAMPUS ONLY.
