Does efollett.com share or sell my personal information?
We do not provide any personally identifiable information about you to any third parties without your consent. The only exception are to those third parties have agreed to our confidentiality provisions and only use the information to help us operate the site, or as we are required by law to disclose such information.


Where can I find written documentation of your shipping and return policies?
If you are looking for the individual policies of our network bookstores, visit the store's home page and click the Help link that is at the bottom of the page. Click the continue button next to the option that you are interested in for more detail.


Return Policy

Non Textbooks
RETURN POLICY
Should you need to return merchandise, please remember these things:
  • We can only issue you a full refund for items returned in their original condition.
  • The package must be postmarked within 14 days of purchase date.
  • Make sure the items are packed securely and has all appropriate documentation.
  • We can only accept a return if both the reciept and the completed packing slip form are included.
  • Please use a trackable shipping service to return your books, such as UPS or Fed-Ex.


Textbooks
TEXTBOOK RETURN POLICY
Should you need to return a textbook, please remember these things:
  • We can only issue you a full refund for books returned in their original condition.
  • Summer 2009 book returns are no longer accepted. FALL 2009 Returns must be received by the bookstore no later than September 4, 2009. Late returns will not be accepted.
  • Make sure the book is packed securely and has all appropriate documentation.
