We do not provide any personally identifiable information about you to any third parties without your consent. The only exception are to those third parties have agreed to our confidentiality provisions and only use the information to help us operate the site, or as we are required by law to disclose such information.

If you are looking for the individual policies of our network bookstores, visit the store's home page and click the Help link that is at the bottom of the page. Click the continue button next to the option that you are interested in for more detail.

- Computers and Software
Computer software may be returned (with original receipt) provided it is unopened and shrink-wrapped.
- General Goods
Non-textbook items may be refunded or exchanged within 30 days of the sale with the original receipt, provided the merchandise is in resalable condition.
- Apparel and Gifts
Non-textbook items may be refunded or exchanged within 30 days of the sale with the original receipt, provided the merchandise is in resalable condition.
- Non Textbooks
Non-textbook items may be refunded or exchanged within 30 days of the sale with the original receipt, provided the merchandise is in resalable condition.
- Textbooks
Textbooks may be refunded with receipt within seven (7) calendar days from the start of classes or within two (2) days of purchase thereafter.
Multiple purchases and returns of the same title are not allowed.
If you drop a class, a full refund is available until one month after the first day of class. Receipt and drop slip are required.
Textbooks purchased during the last week of classes or during exams may be sold back under the book buy policy.
