Does efollett.com share or sell my personal information?
We do not provide any personally identifiable information about you to any third parties without your consent. The only exception are to those third parties have agreed to our confidentiality provisions and only use the information to help us operate the site, or as we are required by law to disclose such information.


Where can I find written documentation of your shipping and return policies?
If you are looking for the individual policies of our network bookstores, visit the store's home page and click the Help link that is at the bottom of the page. Click the continue button next to the option that you are interested in for more detail.


Return Policy

Apparel and Gifts
All merchandise returns (other than books) must be made within thirty (30) days of purchase, be in the original packaging, un-worn, and accompanied by a receipt. Credit card purchases will be credited back to the credit card. Purchases by check require a seven (7) day waiting period.

Non Textbooks
All merchandise returns (other than text books) must be made within twenty one (21) days of purchase, be in the original packaging, in new condition and accompanied by a receipt. Credit card purchases will be credited back to the credit card used for the original purchase. This policy applies to Extended and online students.

Textbooks
WNMU BOOKSTORE REFUND POLICY

You will need to have your original receipt for all textbook refunds. Refunds will not be accepted without a receipt, there are no exceptions to this policy. New books must be returned in the same condition as when purchased. New text may not have been written in or highlighted. Shrink-wrapped books may not be opened they must remain in the shrink-wrap for a refund. Textbooks may be returned for a full refund up to 10 business days after the 1st day of class. A standard 2-day refund policy is in place during all other times. Upon proof of add/drop or dis-enrollment returns can be made with original receipt within 15 business days from the start of classes. Textbooks purchased during the last week of exams may only be sold back under the buyback policy. Used book buyback prices are available if your return is outside of these guidelines. Credit card purchases will be credited back to the credit card used for the purchase. Purchases by check require a seven- (7) day waiting period. This policy applies to extended university and online students.

Extended & Online Refund Guidelines

Textbooks may be returned for a full refund up to 10 business days after the 1st day of class or postmarked within the 10-day period. Returns exceeding 10 business days will be returned to sender, there are no exceptions. A standard 5-day refund policy is in place during all other times, returns must be post marked within 5 days of purchase. When mailing returns please include your original receipt, refunds will not be accepted without a receipt. The return policy timeline begins when textbooks have been signed for by the customer. Cash or check purchases are only refundable in store; you must bring your books to the bookstore for a cash return. Credit card refunds may be completed via phone when the bookstore receives your returned textbooks. Please include your original receipt, name and phone number.

For returns of item(s) purchased from efollett.com:

If you need to make a return for items purchase from the efollett.com portal site, then simply follow the instructions shown below:

1. Pack your book securely, so it will arrive back to us in its original condition. Please include the return section and label of the original packing slip initially sent with the order.

2. All items must be returned to us within 2 weeks (that's 10 business days) of your purchase (for summer intensive courses, within 1 week or 5 business days of your purchase) using the return section and label provided with your original packing slip.

3. Please, for your protection, use a traceable shipping service, like UPS or Insured Parcel Post. If we don't have proof of shipping, we can't credit your account.

Upon receipt of your return in its original condition (all additional materials must be included...i.e., CDs, workbooks, etc.), we will issue you a refund of your purchase price plus tax (shipping charges will not be refunded).
