Does efollett.com share or sell my personal information?

We do not provide any personally identifiable information about you to any third parties without your consent. The only exception are to those third parties have agreed to our confidentiality provisions and only use the information to help us operate the site, or as we are required by law to disclose such information.

Where can I find written documentation of your shipping and return policies?

If you are looking for the individual policies of our network bookstores, visit the store's home page and click the Help link that is at the bottom of the page. Click the continue button next to the option that you are interested in for more detail.

Return Policy

Computers and Software
Should you need to return software, please remember these things: -- Make sure you return the software within 30 days for a full refund of purchase. -- We can only issue you a full refund for unopened software returned in its original condition with a receipt. Gift cards will be given within one week of writing a check, when the financial aid deadline has passed or at discretion of management.

Apparel and Gifts
Should you need to return clothing or gift items, please remember these things: -- Make sure you return the item within 30 days for a full refund of purchase price. -- We can only issue a full refund for clothing and gifts returned in their original condition with a receipt. Gift cards will be given within one week of writing a check, when the financial aid deadline has passed or at discretion of management.

Textbooks
When returning textbooks please remember: Return the book(s) within 2 days of the start of class for a full refund of purchase. You may return your book(s) up to 2 weeks from the start of class if the class was cancelled or you dropped. You must provide proof of drop/cancellation with a drop slip from Information Central or a schedule from CCCWEB. We will only issue you a full refund for books returned in their original condition with a receipt. Shrink-wrapped books must be returned unopened, in their original shrink-wrap. Barchart Study Guides are non-refundable. Gift cards will be given within one week of writing a check, after the financial aid deadline or at discretion of management. Books purchased online must be postmarked within 15 days of the start of class. Pack your book securely so it will arrive back to us in its original condition. Please include your full name, address, phone number and e-mail address so we can contact you. Send books back to us using the bookstore address and for your protection, use a trackable shipping service, like UPS or Insured Parcel Post.
