Does efollett.com share or sell my personal information?
We do not provide any personally identifiable information about you to any third parties without your consent. The only exception are to those third parties have agreed to our confidentiality provisions and only use the information to help us operate the site, or as we are required by law to disclose such information.


Where can I find written documentation of your shipping and return policies?
If you are looking for the individual policies of our network bookstores, visit the store's home page and click the Help link that is at the bottom of the page. Click the continue button next to the option that you are interested in for more detail.


Return Policy

Computers and Software
All electronic, computer products, and shrink wrapped textbooks must be unopened for refund.

General Goods
We understand sometimes things change. Should you need to return a supply or gift item, simply stop by the bookstore. And when returning it directly to us, please remember these things: 1.Make sure you return the supply or gift item(s) within 30 days of purchase. 2.We can only issue you a full refund for merchandise returned in their original condition with a receipt. 3.If you purchased your merchandise online, a full refund will be issued minus shipping costs. Some exceptions may apply. Please contact the store for complete details. If you cannot make it into the bookstore, just follow these easy instructions: 1.Make sure you postmark your return within 30 days of purchase. 2.Pack your merchandise securely, so it will arrive back to us in its original condition. Please include your full name, address, phone number and e-mail address so we can contact you. 3.Send back to us using the bookstore address. 4.Please, for your protection, use a trackable shipping service, like UPS or Insured Parcel Post. 5.We will then issue you a full refund of your purchase price.

Apparel and Gifts
We understand sometimes things change. Should you need to return a clothing, simply stop by the bookstore. And when returning it directly to us, please remember these things: 1.Make sure you return the supply or gift item(s) within 30 days of purchase. 2.We can only issue you a full refund for clothing returned in their original condition with a receipt. 3.If you purchased your clothing online, a full refund will be issued minus shipping costs. Some exceptions may apply. Please contact the store for complete details. Textbooks
WE UNDERSTAND SOMETIMES THINGS CHANGE. Should you need to return a textbook, simply stop by the AU Campus Store to make your return. When returning your textbook(s) directly to us, please remember these things:

For a full refund on Fall 2009 textbooks you must make your return before Tuesday, September 4, 2009. We can only issue you a full refund for books returned in their original condition (i.e., new condition, Shrink-wrapped) with the original receipt.

PLEASE NOTE: Course packets, custom books, case studies/pamphlets and law reference materials are NOT returnable.

If you purchased your books online and the books were shipped to you, a full refund will be issued minus the shipping costs. Some exceptions may apply. Please contact the store ASAP for complete details.

If you cannot make it into the bookstore, just follow these easy instructions: 1) Make sure you postmark your return within 4 days of receipt of shipment. (2) Pack your book(s) securely, so it will arrive back to us in its original condition. Please include your full name, address, phone number and email address so we can contact you. (3) Send back to us using the Bookstore address. (4) Please, for your protection, use traceable shipping service, like UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post. (5) We will then issue you a full refund of your purchase price. Thank you.
