Online return policy
All merchandise ordered online must be returned within 14 days of the ship date printed on the packing slip. The following return policies apply to all items ordered online.
The Milligan College Bookstore is committed to excellent customer service. If for some reason you need to return or exchange your merchandise please follow the guidelines below. All merchandise must be received in new, salable condition (tags should still be attached) for a replacement or credit to be issued. In the case of a refund, credit will only be issued to the account(credit card) that was used to place the order. Software and other shrink-wrapped items are non-returnable if opened; however, defective merchandise may be replaced (see below).
All returns will require prior authorization. To initiate a return please Contact Us or stop by the Milligan College Bookstore.
We will promptly replace or, at our discretion, refund any merchandise that is the incorrect item, size, or color. Shipping is refundable only if the wrong merchandise resulted from an error by the Milligan College Bookstore. If you made a mistake or have changed your mind, you will have to pay for all shipping charges when returning or exchanging an item.
We will promptly replace or, at our discretion, refund any merchandise that you receive that is damaged or defective. We will credit the account used to place the order for the cost of return shipping upon receipt of the damaged or defective merchandise.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 10 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
Packing and Sending Your Return
Include the original packing slip with the items you are returning, wrap the package securely, and ship the package to the address below. Please note the reason for your return. Be sure to use a traceable means and record the tracking number for future reference since we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. We prefer FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Please contact us for USPS shipments for they require a post office box.
