Return Policy


Gifts & Accessories
Returnable with receipt as long as we carry the merchandise. All sales final for clearance (sale) items. Shipping not refundable. If an exchange of product is needed the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees incurred for the replacement item(s).

Apparel
Returnable with receipt as long as we carry the merchandise. All sales final for clearance (sale) items. Shipping not refundable.

Textbooks
Should you change classes or are considering several different classes, course books are returnable during the first week of classes. Requirements are: NO USED TEXTBOOK RETURNS -All sales on "used" books are final -ORIGINAL RECEIPT -Pages must be unmarked (except for used titles). -In original shrinkwrap (if applicable). -Refund reflects original payment method. -Use return window in west alcove of Runyan Center during the first week of classes. Please see separate Textbook Return Policy for details. A copy is given with every major textbook purchase.
