No refunds on General Books, Dictionaries, Reference Materials, Special Orders, e-Books, or materials containing opened access codes. - Gifts & Accessories
Returns for any clothing or gift items may be returned with original receipt in “like new” condition with original Bookstore price tags within 30 calendar days from original purchase date. Clothing items must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and in saleable condition. - Computer Products
No refunds on Media and Software. - General Goods

Returns for any clothing or gift items may be returned with original receipt in “like new” condition with original Bookstore price tags within 30 calendar days from original purchase date. Clothing items must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and in saleable condition. - Textbooks
Returns are accepted with a sales receipt through the first week of each twelve-week term. Three-week term text returns will be accepted through the first day after classes begin. Summer textbooks are accepted within one week of the start of class. Refunds will be issued in the same manner in which the book was purchased. Return deadlines are subject to change without notice. Please remember to check for signs indicating the last day to return books for each term. The original receipt is required for all refunds and exchanges. New books must be in saleable condition; i.e., no writing or highlighting and no marks or creases on cover. Accompanying CD's or DVD's must be in their original case and unopened. Returns are not permitted on compact disk sets if the shrink wrap has been broken. The bookstore makes every effort to ensure that used books are clean, complete and free of defects; however, it is up to the individual to inspect the usability of the book after purchase. Textbooks found to be defective after the return date are exchangable only. If a used book is not available, a new book will be substituted but the individual must pay the difference. Textbooks purchased after the posted return date are not returnable.
