A receipt is required for all refunds. Apparel and Gifts may be returned within 30 days or purchase. All merchandise must be in resaleable condition. Apparel that has been worn or washed may not be returned. - Computer Products
A receipt is required for a refund. Software is not returnable unless defective. It should be in the original package unharmed. Claims against defective software must be made within 5 days of purchase. Computer supplies must be returned in the original packaging within 5 days of purchase. - General Goods
A receipt is required for all refunds. General merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided the merchandise is in resaleable condition. - Apparel
A receipt is required for all refunds. Apparel and Gifts may be returned within 30 days or purchase. All merchandise must be in resaleable condition. Apparel that has been worn or washed may not be returned. - Non Textbooks
A receipt is required for all refunds. Non-textbooks (lab manuals, study guides, reference books, and general books may not be returned unless they are defective. All claims for refunds of Non-textbooks must be made within 7 days of purchase. - Textbooks
A receipt is required for all refunds. The exact dates are posted in the store and on your receipt listing the last day to return textbooks for each new term. New books must be clean and in resaleable condition. Shrinkwrapped books are non-refundable if the shrinkwrap has been removed. Textbooks purchased after the refund deadline are non-returnable.
